FAQ 

I'm Nick Marotta, a junior studying design at Carnegie Mellon University- until very recently, of course. Now I'm a student at Zoom University.

I really wasn't expecting this to blow up so much! It's really crazy. I hope people get some laughs out of this because it'd be great if we can make something good come out of this crummy situation.

How long do packages take to ship?

We try very hard to get packages ready and to the post office the day after you order. We ship USPS and it usually take 3 - 5 days for single items and 2 - 3 days for multiple (heavier) items. We have noticed some slight delays in parts of the country with the current situation. Your packages are being mailed from Central Florida.

Will you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally at this time.



Can I change my order address?

With all of this craziness surrounding the virus, peoples' plans are sure to change. If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please simply email us at ZoomUBookstore@gmail.com to request the change as soon as possible and we'll get back to you to confirm.

 

Can I return my purchase or get a refund?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
