It's time to say goodbye to Zoom University...
As we return to pre-pandemic normalcy, I wanted to say thank you again for everyone’s support and patronage over the past year.
It was a very challenging year for me and having ZoomU Bookstore to lean into has been very fulfilling, especially since we were able to raise funds for a great cause along the way. So many of you wrote to us that getting your merch was a source of comfort or laughter during uncertain times. My family and I have sincerely appreciated all the messages of thanks and support you’ve sent in.
So as the world slowly comes out of its cave, it seems like the appropriate time to close the ZoomU Bookstore.
I’ve seen so many Zoom University merch sites at this point, but as far as I have found, we were the first. If you, a friend, or a loved one would like anything else from this historic, bittersweet meme store, this is your chance! I’m hoping a few end up in time capsules, or get inherited by confused grandchildren.

Hi! I'm Nick Marotta, a 2021 graduate of design at Carnegie Mellon University via Zoom University.
My parents are also helping me out with all of this. That's my mom with me in the picture above.
Running this Zoom University merch shop has been really crazy. I hope people got some laughs out of this. It was our goal to make something good come out of this crummy situation.
How long do packages take to ship?
We try very hard to get packages ready and to the post office the day after you order. We ship USPS and it generally takes 4 - 6 days for single items and 2 - 4 days for multiple (heavier) items. We have noticed some slight delays in parts of the country with the current situation. Your packages are being mailed from Central Florida.
Will you ship internationally?
We can ship to Canada. Please contact us at ZoomUbookstore@gmail.com and we will get you an estimate for shipping charges. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to any other countries at this time. We do ship to all U.S. states & territories including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, etc. If you are outside the U.S. or Canada and really want one of our items, we have had some international customers that have successfully used 3rd party shipping concierge services to buy our products.
Do you offer group discounts?
Sure! If you have a group, classroom, or organization that would like to order multiple shirts, please reach out! We'll put together an estimate that will include a discount based on the quantity and location of delivery.
Can I return my purchase or get a refund?
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You are welcome to return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Simply contact us and let us know how we can assist you. Please ship your unworn, unwashed item back to us in Florida and if you are exchanging for a different size we will ship your new size for free.
